Anna Shea

President & Founder

Anna cares deeply about her team, her clients, and most importantly her family. She lives near the ocean in Rhode Island with her husband, Kevin; her three children, Molly, Kevin, and Grace; and her two dogs, Clover and Marley.

Maeve Wiley

Creative Director

Maeve is a native Californian, fine artist and graphic designer living in Providence, RI. When she is not working on all things design for IA you can find her in her studio painting and listening to records with her cats.

Jennifer Kovatz

Digital Marketing Manager

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s in English from the University of Southern Maine and a master’s in Learning Design & Technology from Purdue. With a background in marketing for national real estate and home loan organizations, she specializes in marketing technology, project management and customer support. Outside of work, Jen enjoys family time, hiking, baking, and crochet.

Harley Jones

Digital Marketing Coordinator

Harley is a senior at URI majoring in Psychology and Gender and Women’s Studies. She lives in Providence, where she’s passionate about playing in a flag football league, advocating for causes close to her heart, and enjoying the nightlife with those she loves.

Katie Young

Digital Content Manager

Katie is a Midwesterner born and raised, and she lives in Ohio with her husband and three young sons. A daily purveyor of prose and PB&Js, Katie is a professional writer and marketer by trade, but her favorite title is ‘mom.’

Briana Botelho

Social Media Manager

A Rhode Island native, Briana enjoys connecting clients with their audience through curated, thoughtful content. From floral design to real estate, Briana brings a wealth of experience in marketing across diverse sectors. With a passion for design in all its forms—whether it’s graphic, interior, or botanical—Briana finds creativity everywhere. When she’s not crafting social media strategies, you can usually find her cozied up with a good book, her pup Hendrix by her side, or out with her husband discovering new restaurants. Or, perhaps, redecorating her living room yet again.

Jesse Cerro

Digital Strategy Coordinator

Jesse is a marketing and communications professional based in Cranston, RI, where she lives with her husband, two kids, a dog, and three cats. With a degree in marketing and communications, she enjoys using her creative skills to develop effective strategies. Outside of work, Jesse loves spending time outdoors, caring for her plants, and enjoying family activities. She values a balance of work, family, and nature in her daily life.
